| 内容記述 | Violence and hatred against women are extremely interconnected. This paper addresses gender-based violence against women (GBVAW) and gender-based hate as ʻstructuralʼ emergencies, rooted in social mechanisms that reproduce unequal power relations between genders. The contribution proposes an analysis of the evolution of the legal concept of gender-based violence against women at the international and regional levels, in particular the European one, and then reflects, on the one hand, on hate as a form of gender-based violence against women, particularly those at the intersection of different forms of discrimination; on the other hand, on gender-based violence against women as an expression of hate. | |||||||
