| 内容記述 | This paper focuses on the environmental problems and external costs about the movement of discarded objects. Generally, the illegal dumping of waste can be the external cost in the waste disposal market. Although the waste producers are responsible for the delivery to proper waste disposal operators, they have an incentive to dispose of the waste in the lower cost. Therefore, it is important to construct the system in which the cost of proper waste disposal is relatively low. One of the effective systems is that consumers pay disposal costs in purchase of products. On the other hand, the structure can become more complicated when the discarded objects are internationally traded. The exporting countries maximize the domestic economic surplus. Therefore, they do not have an incentive to make a system which decreases external costs in the importing countries. | |||||||||
