| 内容記述 | 移行経済諸国の多くでは，旧集団経営の継承法人などの大規模農場が主要な農業生産組織として存続している．本稿は，こうした現象を根拠づけている諸要因を分析し，これら大規模の有情の「生存能力」を検討するものである．まず，最初に各国における土地改革の政策比較を行ない，政策的差異を規定した諸要因について考察する．次に，土地改革の後に生じた土地関係について分析し，再配分後の土地所有の効率性について分析を加える．第３節では，土地改革後の農業生産組織について扱うが，そこでは大規模農場の存続の問題とそれを規定する諸要因について論じられる．最後に，第４節では，大規模農場の「生産能力」と，以降経済諸国の今後の農業発展の道について考察する． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, new structures of post-socialist farming that are being established following land reforms and privatization of agricultural enterprises in Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union are analyzed. The discussion of the article is focused on the most important aspects of the problem : efficiency of the distribution of property rights following land reforms and privatization, characteristics of various forms of farming organizations that were created on the basis of socialist collective farms or state farms, factors that help large-scale post-socialist farms to survive in transition economies, and the viability and future prospects of large-scale farms. | |||||||||
